KIM is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to KIM within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
